SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Where do you ship to?

We are happy to offer our customers worldwide shipping of all our products. We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping options to all countries in the EU on orders over 50€. Worldwide shipping is costly, and for orders outside Europe, we therefore ask our customers to pay a small fee to cover part of the shipping costs.

3. When do you ship my order?

If you place your order before 2pm on weekdays we will in most cases ship your order the same day. Orders which you place during weekends or holidays will be processed the following weekday.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes you can. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to a website that allows you to monitor the delivery status.

5. Disclaimer: please expect longer transit times during peak season

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Singles Day, Cyber Monday and Christmas, transit times from our shipping partners are unfortunately longer than usual. This is due to the increased number of parcels being shipped worldwide.

From Monday to Friday our warehouse team do their best to pack and ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving it, but sometimes our shipping partners may not be able to deliver it to you within the suggested transit times.

Once the parcels are picked up by our shipping partners, there is unfortunately little we can do to speed up delivery times.

You can always track the status of your order via the shipping link which we have sent to you in a separate email.
